Notice to All InfiRay Outdoor Partners

To our valuable customers and partners,

The OFAC announced additional sanctions related to the global Russia-Ukraine conflict that apply to over 280 additional individuals and foreign entities on May 1st 2024. These sanctions are imposed to restrict certain technology from flowing to Russia and reduce its ability to wage war against Ukraine. Among the entities named in these sanctions is Yantai iRay Technology Company Ltd. The corporate name for Infiray Outdoor is Infiray Technologies Ltd.

InfiRay Technologies Ltd. is a separate entity and is uninvolved in the cause of the above sanctions. The distribution and selling of InfiRay Outdoor brand is only in the commercial market globally.

To obtain crystal clarity on the question of impact, we have been in direct contact with outside counsel and internal compliance department in the past period. At this time based on our conversations with outside counsel and under internal legal risk assessment, the above sanctions have no negative impact whatsoever on sales, shipments, or any other part of InfiRay Outdoor products.
